How does checkout work?
Add products to your cart, then fill in your details on the cart page and send it. Sending your cart is a request to purchase. We review it, confirm items, availability and your total with you, and tell you how to pay.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The minimum order is $80. The cart page shows how much more you need if you are under it.
Which payment options are available?
Bitcoin, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle and Chime. Tick the options you would like to use on the cart page and we will send instructions once your cart is confirmed.
When will my items arrive?
We confirm delivery details with you when we confirm your cart. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Can a request be declined?
Yes. A request may be reviewed, declined or cancelled where necessary, including where information or availability is incorrect. See the Terms of Service.
How should I store peptides?
Freezer (-20°C to -80°C) before reconstituting. Refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) after. Keep away from direct light and never freeze reconstituted solutions. See the Care Guide.
What does research use only mean?
Everything we sell is intended for laboratory and research purposes. It is not a medicine. You are responsible for using products lawfully where you live.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Photographs help. Please do not send anything back before you receive return instructions. Full details are in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
How is my information used?
